32 I Am Connected
Our purple plums are falling from the tree in the backyard, reminding me that our crown chakra is in focus for this week.

Universal life energy comes through the top purple crown chakra and infuses knowledge to the chakras below it.
When it’s balanced, we feel happy, peaceful and calm.
When it’s unbalanced, we can feel stressed, bored with life, depressed and/or mental fog.
- September 17/18 we have The Full Moon in Pisces ♓️ (a partial lunar eclipse too!)
Pisces energy is very spiritual, compassionate and intuitive.
The sun is in health-oriented Virgo ruling the bowels … indicating that we should clear out parasites in our lives, both figuratively and literally.
- Check your eyeballs - are there lots of red veins on the bottom half? That means a parasite infestation 🦠 in the intestines. They cause a lot of health problems.
You could try an herbal parasite cleanse or a Rife Zapper to un-alive those little buggers.
Then you’ll feel lighter, brighter and peaceful.
At the same time of the full moon, we have Mercury opposite Saturn 🪐 which can make us feel lonely, inadequate and foggy.
So I think it’s important this week to find ways to connect with eachother, connect with The Universe and connect to our higher selves.
We can do this through crown chakra healing.
Wear purple, use lavender and frankincense essential oils, carry Amethyst and Selenite in your pocket, phone a friend, go for a walk in nature near the water.
Affirmation: I am connected to everything in The Universe and I am at peace.
